Developing an EE Programme for India

India had to conserve its environment while dealing with issues of poverty. Multiple languages, cultures and geographies posed a challenge. CEE was established as a Centre of Excellence to drive this process. The session briefly discusses approaches used to meet this challenge. The session is a starting point to discuss collaboration.
