About NAAEE Conferences

Education We Need for the World We Want

NAAEE’s Annual Conference and Research Symposium is one of the largest professional environmental education gatherings worldwide.

Engage with more than 1,000 professionals from 50 countries, all working to advance environmental literacy and civic engagement. Attendees hail from the public, nonprofit, and private sectors, as well as the global education community (early childhood through university), in turn influencing millions of people each year.

Each year, our conference focuses on a timely and critical theme shaping the future of environmental education. With more than 300 engaging sessions and keynotes, we explore how education can inspire action, build environmental stewardship, and create healthier, more resilient communities.
