The Research Symposium begins at 8:30 AM on Tuesday, October 6, and concludes with a plenary session at 5:30 PM on Wednesday, October 7. An optional add-on field trip on Monday, October 5, and an optional add-on dinner on Wednesday, October 7, are open only to Research Symposium attendees.
The Annual Conference begins with the opening reception at 5:00 PM on Tuesday, October 6, and continues through 2:30 PM on Friday, October 9. Optional add-on events for conference attendees include workshops and field trips on Tuesday, October 6, and ticketed events on Wednesday evening.
The Research Symposium and the Annual Conference overlap on Wednesday, October 7, and the program will feature concurrent sessions for both events. All concurrent sessions on this day are open to attendees of either event, as are the Tuesday Conference opening (reception, ceremony, and keynote speaker) and the Wednesday Exhibit Luncheon.
All events on Thursday and Friday are open only to Annual Conference attendees.
