How do I add sessions to my personal schedule?
Click the Sessions link on the Home page, and then tap the bookmark plus sign to the right of the session you would like to add to your personal schedule.
Please note that if you created a custom schedule in All Academic, it will not transfer to the conference mobile app. We encourage you to use PheedLoop Go! to add sessions to your personal schedule, and receive updates and announcements.
Where can I view my personal schedule?
From the Home page, click on the three-horizontal-line icon in the top left corner to open up the left sidebar menu, and then click on My Schedule. You can also download a PDF file of your personal schedule by clicking the blue and white download arrow found in the bottom right corner of the My Schedule page.
How can I find all Research Symposium sessions?
To view only Research Symposium sessions, visit Sessions and set your Tracks filter to “NAAEE Research Symposium.” (This is especially important if you are attending both the Symposium and the Conference.)
Note: On Wednesday, November 6, Research Symposium sessions overlap with Conference workshops and field trips. Set your Tracks filter to “NAAEE Research Symposium” to exlude other events.
How can I find sessions related to justice, equity, diversity, inclusion, and accessibility or other special interests?
To find all sessions related to a specific interest, go to Sessions, click on "Filters" and use the Special Interests filter to select the desired option. Click the blue "Apply" button on the upper right to save.
Note: You can find all sessions related to justice, equity, diversity, inclusion, and accessibility by using the "JEDIA" filter under Special Interests.
How do I add my personal information and photo to my attendee profile?
Click on the three-horizontal-line menu icon in the top left corner of the Home page to open up the left sidebar menu. Then click on your name, add any information you'd like to share. When you're ready, click "Submit" at the bottom.
How can I network with attendees?
Chat one-on-one with conference attendees. Visit the Attendees section to search for people. Click on an individual attendee, then on their profile, click the “Start Chat” button to begin a private chat.
To revisit past chats and continue conversations, return to the home page and click on Messages.
You can message all attendees at once in Attendee Announcements. On the Home page, click on the three-horizontal-line icon in the top left corner to open up the sidebar menu, and click on Attendee Announcements.
We encourage you to share your photos and videos in the Photo Gallery located on the Home page. Simply click "Post" on the Home page to snap a photo or video, then add your caption before posting.
How do I obtain a certificate for attending the conference and research symposium?
Click the three-horizontal-line menu icon in the top left corner of the Home page to open up the left sidebar menu. Near the bottom of the menu, find and click Certificates. Click the “Download Certificates” button on the next page to generate your certificate of attendance.
If you need a more detailed certificate listing your sessions and credits, please reach out to conference@naaee.org.
